Active has invested locally to employ young people coming from the city area due to the lack of manpower on Goto island. The challenges include the importation of quality materials and training of their staff. Due to the Japan’s lack of raw materials, Active started to directly import construction materials from overseas at the beginning of 2019. The company established a policy of “Go to the world from Goto”.

Solution

Dream Boat Japan Inc. supports Active Co. Ltd. by introducing overseas suppliers, qualified products, and training of their staff for the trading business of required materials. The training will enable their staff to calculate the import costs of their products accurately. Lower demand in the Japanese domestic market. Hirata faced many challenges growing into new international markets. Difficulties including finding a good Japanese partner who is familiar with the overseas market

Hirata was introduced to Dream Boat Japan Inc. to help develop the Singapore market. Together, Hirata was able to showcase the company to B2B buyers in Singapore. The result was the establishment of a new brand called “ARIAKE” which is now exported to over 10 countries including Europe. Dream Boat Japan Inc. supports HIRATA by introducing international designers, advising on export procedures, negotiating and translation of agreements into English.
